How do you promote my home to travelers?

We start by creating an optimized listing through professional copywriting and photography. Once this has been completed and approved by you we then distribute your property on all major marketplaces for vacation rentals — including VRBO, HomeAway, VacationRentals.com, Airbnb, Flipkey and TripAdvisor.

Additionally, we manage aggressive digital paid search and SEO campaigns to attract new visitors looking for vacation rentals online.

How do we determine nightly rates for your home?

We use a dynamic pricing strategy tried for seasonal rentals to ensure you always get the most bookings and the best rate possible. We complete market research quarterly to track the vacation rental market and inventory by community to establish the rates for your home. Our analyst performs in-depth weekly and monthly reviews of occupancy and seasonality to adjust rates as needed.

How are guest payments handled?

All Atlas bookings are processed using a credit card, and guest payments will be released to your bank account 2 business days after the guest’s check-in date. This is the easiest and safest system for guests, and offers you increased protection against fraudulent payments.

How much does this cost?

We have an unmatched low 10% booking fee, which is only charged when we secure a reservation on your property. There is no sign-up fee with Atlas, no commitment to a contract, and no cancellation fee.

The commission-based pricing structure means we only make money when you make money, which keeps us 100% motivated to maximize your rental income. Our owners love the service they receive and the rental income they’re making.

How do I get started?

What does the onboarding process look like?

During our onboarding process you’ll receive our terms and condition policy for your review and signature. We’ll also ask that you complete a simple questionnaire to help us complete your property profile. During this phase we will also set up electronic payments so we can send you your rental payments directly to your bank account.

At your convenience, we will coordinate a photographer to take professional images of your home (at no cost to you). And, upon receiving your questionnaire, our marketing team will create the optimized listing for your home with your property descriptions, location details, photos, and dynamic nightly rates. Once completed, we will share your listing with you for final approval. Once approved, we are off with booking your home!
